Request for Proposal Sports Photography

Yreka Union High School District is requesting for Proposals for sports photography services for the 2019-2020 School Year, including an annual optional renewal of services.

The criteria for this contract are as follows:

  • Supplier must show samples of work that includes individual and group photos of students and teams.
    • Samples must be of pictures taken inside and of pictures taken outside.
    • Each sample must be of an athletic team.
    • Samples should include athletes.
  • Supplier must have at least two photographers on staff.
    • Photographers must have a minimum of ten years of professional experience that includes sports teams.
  • Supplier must have worked with students at the high school level.
  • Supplier must have worked with a minimum of five different north state high schools.
  • Supplier must be able to schedule team photos so that no team photo requires more than 75 minutes.
  • Supplier must supply order envelopes.
  • Supplier must use gold embossing process for the school name and year.
  • Supplier will provide pictures for the yearbook at no cost.
  • Supplier will provide an 8.5x11 team photo product at no cost (Head Coach).
  • Supplier will provide an 16x 20 team photo product at no cost (Office Display).

 

Vendors are asked to submit their proposal for Sports Photography Services. Vendors are required to submit their completed Request for Proposal no later than 3:00 pm Friday, March 15, 2019.
